Shipping and Delivery Information


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping delivery options you choose. Shipping times do not include packaging and handling times. We strive to process all orders within 1 business day but may require extra time to process and ship your order. Depending on the shipping provider you select during checkout, shipping date estimates may be listed. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and also take into account the weight of any packing and shipping materials used. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we utilize, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Based on current state laws and decriminalization measures there are restrictions regarding which Bravo 1 products can be shipped to certain states. Because of this our mushroom products can only be gifted around a service. Our service is a membership providing access to research and educational information, and all our supplements are gifted when you purchase one of our membership packages. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us provide the highest quality research, services and gifts.

For other restricted products we will try our best to provide accurate information regarding deliverability during checkout however, because state and local laws can change frequently, product availability may need to be updated after your order has been placed. If we are unable to ship your order you will be notified immediately and your order will be refunded in full.

Return/Exchange and Refund Policy


Thank you for your purchase. Please read the following policies regarding product returns, exchanges and refunds carefully. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  

RETURN POLICY  You may return unopened products (or items containing a reasonable amount of the unused product), in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Only unopened or minimally used items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund. If you have any questions about whether your opened product qualifies for return or refund, please contact customer service at support@bravo.one and we’ll be happy to assist.

RETURN PROCESSING  If you need to return an item, please contact us at support@bravo.one with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order including an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If the item is damaged or defective, we may request for you to email us pictures of the damaged or defective merchandise prior to issuing an RMA number. For returns on promotional items, all items included in the promotion (free gift, etc.) need to be returned. When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount (excluding shipping charges). You will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS  If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement product. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchanges are only for exact item(s) purchased, unless the item is no longer available. If a defective item is returned and shows signs of being dropped or physically damaged which is determined to be the cause of the defect, there will be a 35% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

EXCHANGE POLICY  In order to expedite an exchange, please place a new order, and send the new invoice number to support@bravo.one with the details of your exchange. The new order will be at your cost and once the unwanted item(s) has been returned to us, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price for the returned item(s) excluding shipping charges. If you have any questions about an exchange prior to placing a new order please contact customer service at support@bravo.one and we’ll be happy to assist.

RETURN PAYMENT PROCESSING  You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipping carrier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping carrier (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days). Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment used to place the order.

LIVE TRAINING  All live training courses (including coaching/seminars/lectures/forums, etc.) are non-refundable or deferrable. They are transferable so you may have someone else take your place in the course. We may issue a course credit under certain circumstances to allow you to take another course at a different time.

RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
 Repackage the item including all original parts, packing materials, instructions, etc. (within reason). Poor repackaging or the return of merchandise damaged after receipt could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item(s). Items sent for return must be unused and undamaged to qualify for the refund. Do not send items back in a regular envelope, this is not sufficient packaging and can cause items to be lost or damaged during transit. Padded envelopes or boxes are provided free of charge by USPS if sending Flat Rate Priority Mail. Please include a copy of the original Packing List in the return package, and indicate whether you would like to be refunded for the item or if you prefer to have a replacement sent out.
